This website has been evaluated against WCAG 2.2, EN 301 549 and EAA standards. The current audit score is 83/100. The site is partially conformant: the large majority of criteria are met, with one known limitation currently under review.
Known Limitation
Some navigation menu links do not fully meet the minimum color contrast ratio required by WCAG 2.2 Level AA (Success Criterion 1.4.3). This may affect users with low vision or color blindness. We are aware of this issue and are evaluating solutions.
What We Do Well
The site passed 39 automated accessibility audits, covering keyboard navigation, semantic structure, alternative text for images, and form labeling.
Microenterprise Status
Atlantic Vibes Benagil operates as a microenterprise (fewer than 10 employees, annual turnover below €2 million). Under Article 4(3) of the European Accessibility Act (EAA, Directive EU 2019/882), microenterprises providing services are exempt from mandatory accessibility requirements. We nonetheless publish this statement as a commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.
